On Saturday,  Feb. 18, 2012 the Robbins History Museum and the William Leonard Public Library sponsored program honoring Mrs. Yola Moore, wife of Tuskegee Airmen Flarzell Moore Sr., and all Tuskegee Airmen and their families as well.

Tyrone Haymore - Robbins Historical Museum

Tyrone Haymore, co-founder of the Robbins Historical Museum which was a co-sponsor of the event, added to  Mrs. Moore’s presentation of info, personal accounts, and memorabilia regarding the Tuskegee Airmen with info about aviation in Robbins decades ago.

Yola Moore also appears in the February 2012 issue of Ebony magazine in an article around page 125.  Look for “The Wife“.
