A Library Administration meeting was held Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at the Blue Island Public Library. A Poetic Story Presentation by Oba W. King

Oba William King, The Poetic Storyteller, presented “It’s My America” – from the book by Jan Spivey Gilchrist. The book was illustrated by Ashley Bryan and Jan Spivey Gilchrist. The presentation was Wednesday March 16th from 4-6:00pm at the William Leonard Public Library. Both children and adults from the community were in attendance and the presentation was enjoyed by all.
